Getting started
What do I need to watch IPTV Nordic?
An internet connection of at least 15 Mbit/s, a device that can install an IPTV app (Fire TV Stick, Android TV, Smart TV, Apple TV, phone or computer) and a IPTV Nordic plan.
How quickly do I get my login?
Usually within minutes of payment, by email. During busy periods it can take up to a few hours. Check your spam folder if nothing arrives.
Which app should I use?
TiviMate on Android and Fire TV, IPTVX or iPlayTV on Apple devices, and IPTV Smarters Pro on most Smart TVs. Your welcome email names the best one for your device.
Do I need a VPN?
No. IPTV Nordic works on a normal home connection without a VPN.
Watching
Why does the picture buffer?
Almost always because of Wi-Fi. Connect the device with a network cable or move it to the 5 GHz band. If that does not help, lower the quality to Full HD and contact support.
How does catch-up work?
On channels with catch-up, scroll back in the programme guide, pick a programme from the past 7 days and press play. It starts from the beginning.
Can I record programmes?
Some apps, such as TiviMate Premium, can record to the device’s storage. Catch-up covers most needs without recording.
Why is the guide showing the wrong times?
Your device’s time zone is set incorrectly. Set it to your local time (CET for Scandinavia, EET for Finland, GMT for Iceland) and restart the app.
Account and payment
Is there a contract?
No. You pay once for the period you choose. Nothing renews automatically.
Can I use my subscription on two TVs?
Yes, with 2 connections or more. You can install the apps on as many devices as you like; the number of connections decides how many watch at the same time (1 to 5).
Can I take my subscription on holiday?
Yes. It works anywhere with an internet connection.
What if it does not work on my device?
Contact support. If we cannot get it working, you get a full refund within 7 days of ordering.
