Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to handle your request and run your subscription: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the device and plan you choose, payment records required by law, and messages you send us.

When you send a form we also record the page you sent it from and the campaign link that brought you here (UTM parameters), so we know which pages help customers.

We use your phone or WhatsApp number to send your login and setup help. We do not send marketing messages without asking, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties except the payment provider that processes your order.

You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted at any time by emailing support@nordicsiptv.shop. We handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
