Setup guides
Every device follows the same pattern: install a player app, enter the login from your welcome email, wait for the guide to load. Pick your device for exact steps.

What is in your welcome email
After you order, you receive one email with everything needed for any device:
- Username and password: used by most apps with an “Xtream Codes” login.
- Server URL: the address the app connects to. Type it exactly, including
http://and any port number. - M3U link: a single web address that holds your whole channel list, for apps that do not support Xtream Codes.
- EPG link: the programme guide address, for apps that ask for it separately.
Not sure which login to use? M3U vs Xtream Codes explained.
If something does not work
- Check the server URL for typos. This causes most failed logins.
- Restart the app, then the device.
- Test the same login on your phone. If it works there, the problem is the TV’s connection.
- Still stuck? Contact support with your device model and a photo of the error.
Ready when your next match starts
